I have verified that everything on my tax return is correct, including name(s), social security number(s), date of birth(s), address, W2 information, the amount receiving/or owed is also accurate. All information regarding my dependents and household, meet the earned income requirements if applicable, and are accurate based on IRS requirements and laws.

I also have acknowledged that all forms attached to my Form 1040, including any sch a or sch c expenses are true and that I have not falsified any information. My tax preparer has informed me of all disbursement options, and I have opted for the refund transfer method to avoid upfront costs. Also, I understand that the date my refund will be made available is only an estimate and only the IRS can determine this.

If I owe any student loans, child support or any government entity, I understand my refund may be offset to pay these balances and I will also be responsible for paying tax preparation fees to tax lions. I understand refunds sometimes arrive later than expected and vary for each individual. I agree to allow tax lions and our affiliates to contact me via text message or e-mail, I understand standard messaging rates may apply.

I understand this Form 8863 is for an education credit stating that I or my dependent(s) attended a college, university and that I paid the stated amount for school the previous year.
